The prices are per day and per person, for one minimum of three days. They include full board and VAT, non-alcoholic drinks with meals, 1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room on the beach in the bathroom with us agreement (excluding the first 2 rows). The Hotel has an enclosed car park, free bicycle service, a large swimming pool for adults and a swimming pool for children.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, balcony, private bathroom, shower, safe, satellite TV, direct dial telephone. The room is available to the customer from 12 noon on the day of arrival to 9 am on the day of departure.
Buffet breakfast served. For lunch and dinner, a vegetable buffet is served at the table. Air-conditioned dining room.
The period of stay begins with lunch on the day of ar-rival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure, leaving the room free by 9 a.m. All other services (beach, parking and swimming pool) also end in the same way.
Meals not taken at the hotel will not be reimbursed; in case of arrival in the afternoon it will not be possible to make up the lunch on the day of departure, except with a packed lunch (on request).
If the agreed departure is anticipated for any reason, the management has the right to charge Mr. Clients the indemnity for 3 nights (room). In case of cancellation of the reservation the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
To confirm your holiday booking we require a deposit of € 200 per room to be sent by postal order or bank transfer. Please contact the management for confirmation of payment details. The deposit is never lost! In case of cancellation it will become a voucher usable for a future stay expendable in another period of the same summer season.
The prices shown do not include tourist tax.
What is the tourist tax?
The Municipality of Gatteo has introduced and regu-lated from the year 2013 the tourist tax provided by art.4 of the Legislative Decree n.23/2011. The measure of the tax, effective from 15/06/2013, is equal to € 2,00 per person per night with a maximum limit of 5 consecutive nights.
The fee is not expected and therefore will not apply to those under 18 years of age. Tourist tax is NOT included in the above prices and must be paid to the Hotel Manager directly by the Client when paying the bill. The application of eventual exemptions is subordinate to the presentation from the Host, of appropriate certi-fication to deliver to the moment of the Check-In.
In the hotel you will find a large swimming pool It is always sunny and suitable for adults and children. Here you can relax and sunbathe in our equipped sola-rium or enjoy a cocktail by the pool!
And for the children? You don't have to worry, we have an area dedicated to them with a swimming pool made to measure where they can have fun with their friends, in safety! This way, parents can also stay safe and enjoy relaxing.
Our hotel is perfect for family travelers! We have family rooms. The rooms are spacious and equipped with every comfort, in which it is possible to add cots and rails. In some particularly spacious rooms, you can have up to 5 beds! (not bunk). In addition, we have many services tailored to our toddlers from the swimming pool to the equipped beach and much more!
